Use in the menu bar

You can embed 4.Do into you menu bar making your tasks quickly and easily accessible even when working in other apps or windows by doing the following:

1. Open 4.Do's settings.

2. Click on general settings, and enable show in menubar.

3. Profit!! Now you should see a small 4.Do icon in your menu bar that opens a small window.
